They spoke about the importance of financial independence and social recognition. They also talked about the education of girl child. It was also a platform to give recognition to women who have been great performers. Awards were distributed in different categories. So whether it was Laxmi Ben who got awarded for best Designs, or it was Khatija Ben who had the best team, all got recognized. The awards were distributed not only to recognize the efforts put in by these exemplary performers, but also to act as a motivation for others to strive for excellence.
